My daily motivation and challenge is to bring complex, planned projects from paper to our two assembly machines. My motto: “Nothing is impossible.” In my free time, I spend a lot of time in the mountains – whether for a day tour, a long-distance hike with my wife, or an extended long jog. My motto here too: “Mens sana in corpore sano.”
